As part of the project, an energy upgrade will be carried out on the office building of the company BIOBLOCK CHLIAPIS MON. S.A. The energy upgrade includes insulation of the external walls and the ceiling under the roof of the building, replacement of existing window frames with new high-energy efficiency ones, replacement of the existing heating system with a boiler and the existing air conditioners with a VRV heat pump system, mechanical ventilation, class C heating and cooling system automation, and replacement of the lighting fixtures with LEDs. The energy upgrade will
- lead the building from energy class Z to energy class B+,
- primary energy savings of 138,300 kWh per year (reduction of 75%)
- reduction of CO2 emissions by 38100 kg per year.
