INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF CYBOLITH<\/h2>\n

Compared to other flooring materials, the Cyboliths <\/a>they have the advantage of being placed on top of a layer of sand. This makes it easier to install them, train them in a fast way and save on costs. In addition, this method allows for easy removal of the pavers if underground work needs to be carried out in the future, such as laying cables or conduits.<\/p>\n

For installation to be possible, it is required that the ground is stable, hard, and compacted, without anything in the way. In case the ground is soft, it is required to restore it with a screed (30-70 mm), after pressing with a paver and creating a background of 3A. Examples of typical soils that can be used for pavers include concrete, soil and asphalt.<\/p>\n

Below we provide a simplified explanation of how to install the cybolites. However, if you are aiming for high aesthetic performance and build quality, we recommend that you seek the help of a professional manufacturer or seek our advice.<\/p>\n

STEP 1: CONSTRUCTION OF SUBBASE<\/h2>\n

    STEP 3: SAND LAYING<\/h2>\n

    1. Place a layer of crushed sand (quarry) on the surface where the pavers will be placed.<\/li>\n
    2. Using screeds, smooth the sand and create suitable slopes in the direction of rainwater runoff.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      These steps will ensure a good base for the cobblestones and help maintain stability and drainage during the project.<\/p>\n

      STEP 4: CUTTING CYBOLES<\/h2>\n

        3. Use a slab vibrator to vibrate the floor. This will help eliminate any gaps in the sanding and ensure the tiles are firmly in place.<\/p>\n

        4. Your floor is now finished and ready to use.<\/p>\n
